Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition,
  • items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-returnable Products – Final Sale
(Produits non retournables – achats définitifs)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, no returns or refunds will be accepted for:

  • personalized or made-to-order items,
  • hygiene products or sealed items once the packaging has been opened,
  • items clearly marked as non-returnable on their product page.

For these products:

  • the sale is final and binding,
  • no refund will be issued except in the case of a defect covered by legal warranties.
